Grilled Steak with Garlic and Blue Cheese

    Directions
    Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Place in 8x8x2" glass dish and marinate in Bread Dipper, turning once to cover, for at least 30 minutes; overnight recommended (refrigerated). Mix cream cheese and Potato Seasoning well. Add vinegar, sour cream and jalapeno; blend well, and stir in parsley. Let stand at least 30 minutes; overnight recommended (refrigerated). Heat barbecue to medium-high and grill steaks about 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill, dollop a generous teaspon of garlic spread on each steak. Serve immediately.
