Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts in a mixing bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl;beat well.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients;stir just until flour is moistened.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin-pan wells.
Bake at 400°F 15 to 20 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in muffin comes out clean.
