Tapenade Mushroom Caps

    Directions
    Heat oven to 350°F. Pluck stems from mushrooms, reserving stem for future use. Place mushrooms face up in ovenproof dish. Drizzle with oil and bake uncovered for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stuff each cap with 1 tbsp Garlic Olive Tapenade and top with a generous crumbling of goat cheese. Return to oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes. Serve as a warm appetizer.
