A customer emailed us with this recipe and thought we would share it with you. She wrote: "Since my return from PEI laden with goodies from the store the most sought after dish in our home is my Baked Brie....really easy." Another customer, having read this recipe, sent us an email with a suggestion: "You can also wrap the brie in a puff pastry and brushed with cream and filled with any kind of chutney inside. Bake and serve with a stone wheat cracker or a good crusty bread...delicious and different."

    Directions
Poke holes in a whole Brie with a fork and place in a baking dish. Smother top of Brie with either Wine Jelly or Strawberry and Grand Marnier Preserves. Bake at 325°F for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with walnuts or pecans. The preserves make this easy appetizer divine! I serve with Baguette, but crackers do nicely!
