Where We Ship
Prince Edward Island Preserve Company ships within the 10 provinces and territories of Canada and the the 50 United States. All duties are paid in advance. No hidden charges.
We will attempt shipping internationally but it will be at our discretion as to whether we will ship or not. All credits cards used internationally will be checked with the issuer as to whether the card is legitimate. Please contact us with your inquiry prior to making your purchase.
Standard Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 15 business days; exceptions may be Newfoundland & Labrador; Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, California, Hawaii, Alaska, (add 5 business days)

Free Case Lot Shipping Offer
Orders shipped to a single address in Canada or the continental United States that consist of at least 24 qualifying products are offered free shipping. The following conditions apply:
- All items must be shipped to the same address in Canada or the continental United States.
- At least 24 qualifying items must be ordered. Most food products in our catalog are eligible for this free shipping offer. Look for “Qualifies for Free Shipping” on product pages.
- Due to the high cost of freight associated with our product we are unable to offer Free Shipping to orders bound for Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Hawaii, and Alaska.

We are UNABLE to ship to PO boxes in the United States.
Taxes
- Prince Edward Island customers will be charged PST and GST on non-food items and GST only charged on any shipping charges.
- Canadian customers outside PEI will be charged GST on non-food items and any shipping charges.
- US customers will not be charged any tax. The price you see is the price you pay.
