Our first 5 holidays we stayed in North Rustico and fell in love with you place, and met you briefly on a couple of occasions. My wife of 50 years this summer, refers to it as "our most favorite lunch place," and tells all our friends that they have to go there if they visit PEI. last summer when we arrived at the Preserve Co after a year of absence, she said, "I feel like I'm back home." Today I was browsing the website for your hours when I discovered your video conversations. I've watched the intro plus 1 - 3 and am very impressed with the substance of your thinking about your business. Conversation #1 was very enlightening and explained a lot to me that we have experienced in person over the years. We've been impressed with the high quality of your service and products, the engaging nature of your staff, their competence, but most of all the consistency of approach throughout every part of your business. Now I can understand how that reflects your personal philosophy of how you want your business to be operated and perceived by your customers and also by your staff. I'm retired from a small college here in Western New York and I'm so impressed with these conversations, that I introduced them to the head of our business department. It will be interesting to see how he might use them with his students. And on that note, one of our alumni, Linda Peric, a native Islander, is on your staff this summer. Bob Danner PS -- The purpose of our holiday is different this year; we are coming for the induction of Donna Phillips Hornibrook into the PEI Sports Hall of Fame on Friday (Aug 6th). I wrote the recommendation for her induction and now that it is a reality I would not miss this event that honors her many athletic accomplishments and exceptional personal attributes.
