Hi Lorel,

Great to hear that Mom and yourselves got out and about and made it all the way to our corner of the world. Thank you so much for your comments. Of course, if ever get back around this way. stop in for tea.

In the meantime, say hello to Mom and I hope all is well.

Take care of each other,

Bruce

Hi Bruce

Just watched the first video. My sister and I went with our 80 year old Mom on the Holland America Cruise of the East Coast 2 years ago. The visit to your lovely establishment was one of the highlights. Lunch was exquisite and memorable. The setting settles into your mind's eye and heart.

The gardens and the special way you plan on using it are truly putting your money where your mouth and heart are. Thanks for doing an angel's work on earth.

Definitely have plans to order from your catalogue. What we bought, of course, is long gone.

It was lovely to be personally welcomed by you coming on our bus. My Dad was born in Peterhead, Scotland and that side of our heritage was always celebrated. Nice to see the kilt.

Take care

Hi Sally,

I am sorry but I can't put your face to our chat but I do remember our conversation; and I remember we had a few laughs at the expense of the table, my "half-brother".
Your offer to have my "half brother" meet his other brother from California is a generous one; I will definitely put this on my bucket list and come for a visit.

Thank you for your compliments and your kind words made my day.

All the best to you and yours!

Sincerely,

Bruce

Hello from California Bruce,
We stopped in for a lobster lunch while we were on a cruise last October. I doubt if you remember but I mentioned to you that I had a Scottish table with the legs exactly like to one you have and told you if you were ever coming to California you can have my table to take back to your wonderful Preserve Company. We had such a nice time there and the Lobster lunch was to die for not to mention the preserves we could not resist and brought home many to share with our friends back home. You have done yourself proud with the business you have created.
I'm just wondering if you are ever coming to California. If you do, the table, which is in excellent condition is yours. It is too big and too expensive to ship. I'm not sure how else I can get it to you but would love for you to have it. I can't think of a nicer person it should to to.

Hi Sue,

Great to hear from you.

Your email this morning inspired me to kayak to a little Island next summer and video the picking of wild strawberries and preserving a few bottles for the pantry; of course I will have send along a jar especially for you. Thank you for the inspiration.

We have never focused on wild fruit other than wild blueberries which are plentiful and easier to harvest; hence it is not something we prepare in our kitchen. I have been thinking of seeking "gatherers" to seek and pick wild fruit for us. Perhaps this will get me of my touche and get it done.
All the best and talk again.

Take care,

Fantastic! Thanks so much, Bruce. I’ll look forward to hearing from Lynn in due course, in regard to my order. I shall savor my first taste of those famous PEI wild strawberries I have read so much about over the yearsJ

We will certainly look forward to visiting one day, when our daughter Gemma is a little older (she’s just turned four, so a long haul trip to the other side of the world could be a challenge at this stage), in the meantime if you and your family are ever “Down Under”, we would be delighted to show you around our region - the Barossa Valley - which is Australia’s largest and most famous wine producing region. We make a pretty good drop, I have to say!

Kind Regards,
Sue
